A Physician owned and operated medical services company is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for their Nurse Supervisor job vacancy to help open their first Urgent Care Clinic in an upscale neighborhood in Dallas, Texas. The said company that is looking for the most qualified nurse supervisor job applicant is a multi specialty medical services company that serves the DFW metroplex. Their Physicians and providers have years of experience serving the DFW metroplex and are highly respected in the area.
For their nurse supervisor job vacancy, they are looking for an outstanding RN to serve as their lead nurse at this brand-new facility. As they open more urgent care clinics, they would like the chosen candidate for the nurse supervisor job to help serve in an administrative role for these clinics as well. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as the oversight for all clinic operations in conjunction with the Medical Director
- Supervise all other nurses, technicians and clerical staff
- Traditional nursing job functions such as: vitals, administering medications, etc.
- Ordering supplies
- Scheduling other clinic and clerical staff
The nurse supervisor position is ideal for a nurse who has excellent customer service skills and desires to take on more of a leadership role in the healthcare setting. The chosen candidate for the nurse supervisor position will help set-up the clinic and help interview and hire the other clinical and clerical staff.
