The POEA recently approved a job order allowing a POEA accredited recruitment agency to recruit qualified applicants for UK Overseas Nurses Program or O.N.P. This overseas nurses program allows qualified Filipinos to work as a Registered Nurse in the United Kingdom. But first they must register with the Nursing and Midwifery Council and apply for Overseas Nurses Program and undergo a period of supervised practice before they can work as a Registered Nurse in UK.
For the said UK Overseas Nurses Program, a job order was approved by the POEA last June 8 allowing a POEA accredited recruitment agency to select 20 qualified candidates for the said Overseas Nurses Program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Registered Nurse for ONP
- At least 1 year working experience in hospital setting and presently employed (no experience is required for fresh graduates)
- Passed the IELTS with overall band score of at least 7 and with no less than 7 in all categories (listening, speaking, reading, & writing)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Updated resume
- Certified true copy of: PRC license/PRC Registration/Board Rating/Diploma/TOR/RLE.
- Employment certificates
- 2 reference letters from present employer
- Training certificates
- Valid IELTS Score Report
- Valid Passport
- NBI & Police clearances
